We’re getting ready for a cousins reunion.
With the new found free time I have, it’s much easier to fire up the smoker.
Yesterday was shopping and prepping.
Today was smoking.
Thankfully, our beach sun shade is hanging in there and works as well for the little bit of rain we had today.
Tomorrow will be cleaning up (less fun but important).
And then we can enjoy the reunion over the weekend!
I thought it fitting for my contribution to be my Dad’s smoking recipe. I sauced a bit less this time and Robert is telling me I really need to try dry rub.
It’s great to have the time to do this.
