Births
Births are recorded in the private section of the site and the paper file copy of Williams/Tyler Reunions; they are not included in the public minutes for security reasons.
Marriages

2) Betsy’s Hegg’s husband, Richard, needs a liver transplant. Betsy is daughter of Yates Snowden Williams and granddaughter of Charles Hiram Williams.

Glenn Tyler Williams asked if the adjoining property to the property owned at Tyler's Landing could be either purchased or have the Tyler's Landing property sold along with that current property for sale. Bragg and Jimmy Williams asked for discretion on how to proceed finding out a value on and selling of the Tyler's Landing property. The motion was approved.

The Nominating Committee nominated the following officers for the 2013 reunion: Brenda Jillson-President, Barbara Coker-Secretary and Jimmy Williams-Treasurer. This nomination was approved.

Byron Williams invited all Williams/Tylers to attend the Tyler reunion in Springfield, SC which is held the weekend before the Williams/Tyler reunion in Norway. It was suggested and approved that the Williams/Tyler email addresses could be shared with those Williamses.

Leland Williams followed up on the portion of the 2011 minutes pertaining to safety concerns for small children, brought up by Brenda Jillson for the Laura Belle family, about posting the Williams/Tyler Family Tree on the internet. It was agreed in 2011 that such posting would not happen until we met again in 2012 and that input on this matter should be directed to Leland. Leland noted that he had received no additional input and requested such from the floor. Receiving none, it was agreed that the Family Tree would be posted now, noting that the small children birth information of concern is absent from the family tree for the Laura Belle family. It was also noted that birth information has been redacted from the online minutes for 2003 – 2011 and that this practice would be continued. These minutes and the Williams/Tyler Family Tree will be posted on the Williams/Tyler Family website at http://www.kayakero.net/per/gen/brief_record/index.html along with previous minutes and Wyman's "The Williams and Tyler Families" and more.

Jimmy Williams, grandson of Jordan Joseph Williams, brother of Hiram Williams, father of Braxton Bragg Williams, had his family tree on the tables for everyone to note in pencil any additions/corrections, etc.

Larry Davis then blessed the food and everyone then enjoyed a wonderful time of good food and fellowship.

Respectfully submitted,

Barbara Allen Coker, Secretary
