Minutes from the 67^th Annual Williams-Tyler Reunion held on May 5, 2007

The 67th annual Williams~Tyler Reunion was held on May 5, 2007 at 12:00 at the Willow Swamp Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Norway, SC.

At 12:00 everyone was welcomed and the Business Meeting was called to order.

The minutes from the 66th annual reunion were read by Beth King, (Sec) and approved.

Jimmy Williams (Treas) gave the treasurer’s report. The balance was __________

Current Report of those who were ill and Reports of Births, Marriages and Deaths followed:

Eason Elizabeth Davis was born March 2, 2007 in Columbia, SC to Barbra and Peter Davis. Grandparents are Bob and Belva Bailey.
Matthew James Jillson, Jr. was born on September 14, 2006 in Summerville, SC to Matt and Shannon Jillson. Grandparents are Al and Brenda Jillson.
Reese O’Neal Burdette was born March 20, 2007 in Pennsylvania to Claire Dufford Burdette and Justin Burdette. Grandparents are Neal Dufford and Patricia Stiles Dufford
Ian Austin Watson was born on April 24, 2007 in Columbia, SC to Ann Marie and Charles Watson. Grandparent is Ann Joye Mullis.

Jennifer I. Allen married Charles M. Butler on December 30, 2006. They reside at 2806 Burney St. Columbia, SC 29205. His parents are Dr. Charles Butler and Lynn M. Butler. Her parents are Kellum and Jane Allen.

Edna H. Williams died September 11, , 2006. She was buried in Willow Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery in Norway. SC. She was the wife of the late 0. T.Williams. Jr.
Alma Louise Williams died October 30, 2006. She was the wife of the late Govie Laverne Williams.
Marshall Burns Williams, Jr. died March 2007. He was the husband of Carolyn Williams. He was the son of the late Marshall Burns Williams and Margaret Williams.

Report by family of those present was then given.

Next was the announcement of slate of officers for the next year by Nominating Committee of Leland Willams, Jimmy Williams, and Milton Dufford

Election was done followed by round of applause

Email and postal mail addresses were updated.

The food was blessed and enjoyed by all.
