Robert seems to be going from birthday party to birthday party these days. Early in August, on a hot day,
we went to Ciaran's party. Note the car's outside thermometer showing 101 -- it was HOT.
Ciaran had live music and a water slide for his well attended party.

A couple days later (on a cooler day) we headed to Cole's party. He's a sports nut so there
were lots of sports things to do -- but the serious business of playing in the way cool sand box was big hit.

Robert tried his hand at futbol and football (when he pulled himself away from the sandbox).
Sports themed clothing ruled the day.

After some bubble chasing, it was time for the main event: cupcake eating!

While it was a cooler day, it's still August in Washington. Fortunately, Cole had lots of cold juice
boxes to share with his friends. All of whom seemed to have a really good time.
