The Aliens Have Arrived!!!
The camera in my cell phone is not great, especially shooting at a very bright sky; however, I’m sure you can still make out the alien landing craft descending upon the patent and trademark building. I have no clue what is going on.

They were balloons of some sort, but we're not sure what they were advertising.
