Demise of Penn Quarter

Also while I was away David attended an ‘all-parents’ meeting at Robert’s daycare and was informed that, horror of horrors, PQ had lost their lease and would be closing in two months. David was e-mailing the proceedings to me while I sat in the back of my Arizona meeting and when that news came across I rather loudly exclaimed, “WHAT!!!!!?” I excused myself and the others returned to discussing various measures of return on investment for earned media coverage.

The turmoil and stress that this has caused the families and staff of PQ cannot be overstated. Below I came across Robert’s class practicing their ‘walking in a line’ skills. They have a ways to go yet but they sure are cute. (Click on the picture to get a better look at it.)

Thanks for the updated photos. Sorry about Penn Quarter!! Hope you all will find another good spot for Robert, but PQ was certainly good when he was younger!! The porch looks wonderful and we will see it soon!! Love, SMom & GL
